We maintain a strict no refund policy on all orders. This means that once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances. All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Items lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed

The Only Exceptions to Our No Refund Policy Are:

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

Missing Items:
If your package is missing any productsthat you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will verify the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Important โ€“ Tracking & Delivery Responsibility:

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to monitor and receive the package.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for claims of missing packages. In these cases, it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure the security of the delivery location.

We highly recommend double-checking your shipping information at checkout and ensuring someone is available to receive your package at the time of delivery.
